Return Policy

COSELI wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are proud to offer you a 30-day product guarantee so that you can shop without worry.

If you are not happy with our products, for any reason, please return the item unused within 30 days of purchase and COSELI will replace the product with another selection, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price. To request a return, please contact us by email at returns@coseli.com, provide return explanation, and you will be contacted with a product return number and a return shipping address.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. COSELI is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, COSELI will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Upon receiving your return, the product will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. Please note that items showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by a jeweler other than COSELI), or items damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Please note that some items such as special order or custom may not be returnable. You will be notified that these items are non-returnable before you complete the purchase.

As a service to our customers, COSELI provides close approximations of jewelry measurements and weights.
As each item is handmade, you may experience very small variations.
